Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections for repairs and disrepair claims
• Provide cost estimates and schedules for works
• Prepare detailed reports with photographic evidence
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsLiaise with tenants and contractors for timely resolutions

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in property surveying, repairs, and disrepair assessments
• Knowledge of housing law and tenant rightsStrong technical knowledge of building repairs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, HNC/HND)
