TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Property Consultancy who have specialist focus in carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing properties and are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee social housing contracts across the south of the UK.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out surveys to properties, including diagnosis of faults and failures
  • Manage and coordinate a team of surveyors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that services are provided in a way that keeps customers, colleagues and third parties safe, and complies with HHSRS,
  • Ambitious to grow and develop into more senior roles within the business.
  • Act as the lead surveyor/ DEA on new projects.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date information system on stock condition
  • Working in partnership with contractors and other stakeholders
Experience And Skills Required:
  • Appropriate qualifications such as DEA, RdSAP, Damp and Mould, HHSRS are essential, including knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
  • Able to use a tablet to upload and store surveys.
