Senior Surveyor duties:
  • Lead and manage multiple investment projects using effective project, contract and budget management
  • Report on a regular basis the contractor's performance with customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of works and produce all documentation required
  • Manage external contractors, obtaining specifications and managing projects through to completion
Senior Surveyor requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, providing a broad range of technical services
  • Recognised qualification in a building related subject
  • Experience in procurement and delivery of major works programmes including contract and project management including effective stakeholder consultation
