The Role:
- Conduct comprehensive property inspections and condition surveys
- Create comprehensive condition assessments and asset inventories
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards
- Assist with budget allocation for repairs and improvements
- Provide valuable insights to support informed decision-making in property management and investment
- Optimise property assets for long-term sustainability and value preservation
- Gather detailed data using specialised tools and equipment
The Person:
- Construction related degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license
