A leading flooring brand that works in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors is looking for a Surveyor to join the team. This is a field-based role, covering the Midlands, visiting high-profile commercial construction sites. You will be carrying out site surveys to assess flooring needs, measuring and recording moisture. Along with a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive a profit share bonus, a company vehicle + fuel card, a pension scheme, 20 days holiday (increasing with service) + Bank Holidays, excellent career development opportunities and ongoing training! As Surveyor, your typical duties will include:

Conducting on-site inspections to assess flooring needs and conditions.
Placing, measuring and recording accurate moisture readings.
Consulting with clients to understand their requirements.
Assisting in preparing survey reports.
Ensuring all measurements adhere to safety, building, and industry standards.

We’re looking for a Surveyor with:

Relevant experience in flooring, surveying, or a related field.
Familiarity with a range of flooring materials, including subfloor preparation, wood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
Knowledge of relevant building regulations, specifically related to the installation of flooring.
Attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
Full driving licence.
