Surveyor - Commercial Property

West Midlands | Up to 35,000 | Hybrid | Government Contract

An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation, managing a prestigiousgovernment contractwithin thePortfolio/Estates Management team.

In this surveyor role your main focus will be on ensuring lease compliance, mitigating risks, and delivering cost efficiencies across a diverse property portfolio. This role will have you out visiting sites and clients around two days a week and is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career whilst working on a high profile Government contract.
