Think Property and Surveying are working in partnership with a market leader in the construction industry who are recruiting for a Timber/Damp Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The role
The role will consist of performing surveys, identifying defects, producing specifications for remedial works, then advising clients on the required actions that need to be taken.
What they're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in building construction, and will have experience in either Building Surveying,Timber and Damp or Waterproofing.
Applicants with a background in Construction or a trade such as carpentry, or those who have a background in a sales-based role are also encouraged to apply. Full training and professional qualifications will be provided.
What they offer you
A salary up to £40,000 is offered dependent on your level of experience, with an annual car allowance of £6K and business mileage covered. You will also earn commission based on your performance which can range from £10-£30K OTE. Full training is provided and the organisation will also cover the costs of gaining professional qualifications!
