Valuation Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for an internationally leading real estate agency, who operate across logistics, retail, commercial, residential and hospitality.

Your new roleYou will work in the Birmingham office, within their valuation team, as a Valuation Surveyor, or Senior surveyor. You will work with both commercial and residential properties, however if you have a preference, they are happy for you to lean towards that sector.

You will work with valuations from inception to completion, preparing reports, valuations, submissions and guidance. You will build and expand relationships with clients, and continue to deliver excellent customer service throughoutWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be MRICS qualified or equivalent, and be keen to work within a team, for a leading and thriving business. You will have experience in valuations, and be keen to work in an award winning team.
