Role: Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director, Valuations
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000- £60,000 basic salary plus car allowance and annual bonus
My client are a privately owned company that work closely together and supports each other. This client provides expert valuation and advisory services for the leisure and hospitality sector where you will have exposure to some of the highest profile instructions and clients and the opportunity to be the face of the instruction. We are seeking a Valuations Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level to join our established team and contribute to our growing portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored advice to clients across the leisure and hospitality industry.
- Conduct valuations for loan security, acquisitions, refinancing, and legal matters, all in line with RICS Red Book standards.
- Build strong client relationships and grow your network through business development.
- Prepare detailed reports and present key findings to clients.
Qualifications:
- MRICS accredited with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience with Red Book valuations.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Passion for leisure and hospitality properties.
