In this exciting role, the Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will be working closely with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions focused on scanning, digitisation, information management, and hosting services. Your expertise as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will be crucial in supporting customer engagements throughout the sales cycle, from technical demonstrations to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities of the Pre-Sales Solution Engineer:

Drive the sales and development of scanning and hosting solutions as part of customers digital transformation journeys.

Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, customizing solutions to fit client needs.

Present and demonstrate our core software and services to customers and prospects.

Collaborate with partners to ensure we offer cutting-edge solutions.

Support the design, implementation, and go-to-market strategies for digital solutions.

Address customer queries related to compliance, security, and technical specifications.

Develop sales strategies and create technical documentation to support ongoing business growth.

The Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will ideally have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or operational roles related to scanning and digitisation.

Strong experience in software demonstrations and professional services.

Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams.

Familiarity with scanning hardware (IBML, Kodak) and capture solutions (Kofax, ABBY).

Knowledge of Content Services and ECM solutions like M-Files, box.com, or similar.

Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

A commercially minded, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel to customer sites.
