Your new roleQA Engineering Specialist requird to be part of my clients core devopment team based in Birmingham (Hybrid). You will be required to undertake functional, performance, resilience and voice quality testing of VoIP / SIP applications, microservices.You will be able to build a hybrid test framework for E2E call journeys involving SIP, RTP, HTTP protocol testing with SIPp, Python, Robot Framework and RPA. Alongside this, you will be required to review requirements, specifications, technial design documents and create detailed test plans.What you'll need to succeedSIP/VoIP call performance testing with SIPp, Spectra, WinSIP, StarTrinityAutomation using Python & Robot FrameworkAPI Test Automation & performance testing with Locust, Blazemeter/Taurus, k6, newman, jmeterGUI Automation with TestCafe, RobotFramework, SeleniumCI/CD Test IntegrationAnsible, Terraform knowledge for linux build automationLinux & Windows basic administration skillsExpertise in Operating Systems like Linux ( RHEL, CentOS , OEL) , Windows Servers/Workstations along with Servers DNS/DHCP/LDAP/A.DExperience in Telecom Applications ( Metaswich Rhino, Dialogic Media Server, Perimeta SBC ) and Telecom Protocols ( SIP, RTP )Have good Knowledge in ITIL Process and Security implementation/System hardening on Telecom Applications and ServicesWhat you'll get in return£384 per day (inside IR35)What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
