- Handle incoming calls using a provided script and answer FAQs
- Provide clear and accurate information to callers in a calm, supportive manner
- Collaborate with the onsite team to escalate issues when needed
- Occasionally assist with related administrative tasks (minimal email handling)
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team with full training provided
- Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service role
- Comfortable working to a structured script and handling high call volumes
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Able to stay calm under pressure and deal with sensitive queries professionally
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Full training before going live
