We are looking for a Receptionist to cover the below dates with future opportunities:

  • Friday 20th December (Training day)
  • Monday 23rd December
  • Tuesday 24th December
  • Friday 27th December
  • Tuesday 31st December

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and visitors
