- Team Development & Management – Responsible for staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring team capabilities align with business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Control – Define processes and procedures to optimise performance, ensure budget adherence, and manage key operational metrics including quality, cost, and delivery.
- Project & Financial Oversight – Drive productivity and revenue by overseeing budget management, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational targets.
- Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations (8+ years).
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, HSE compliance, and budget management.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Degree preferred or significant experience in a senior management role.
