Job Title: Logistics Stock Controller

Locations: Birmingham North East

Work Type : PM Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuity of stock audits.
  • Update internal trackers with stock performance data.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team leaders to monitor and adjust weld shop WIP inventory.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and scanning issues, providing data as needed.
  • Assist with various duties in the Logistics and Manufacturing departments as required.
  • Prepare weekly reports on stock issues and accuracy.
  • Support the Logistics function with stock audits and data collection.
  • Analyse aged stock to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in run-out control and end-of-life processes to prevent obsolescence.
  • Support ongoing stock audits.
  • Monitor stock control hardware to ensure equipment remains operational.
  • Communicate initiatives with the area leadership team to ensure adequate resources are available to complete tasks.
