As a Toolmaker, you will play a crucial role in the design, manufacture and maintenance of cutting-edge tools and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and machine precision tools, moulds and dies to exact specifications.
• Maintain, repair, and optimise existing tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues to minimise downtime.
• Continuously improve tooling designs and processes for efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to safety standards and best practices at all times.
• Document and maintain records of tooling designs and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of machining processes, including conventional and CNC machining.
• Familiarity with a variety of materials and their machining properties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
