We have a fantastic opportunity with a growing, luxury tour operator, in a varied and busy role dealing with a mix of customer service and operations.

Previous travel industry experience is essential for the position, along with a postive and pro-active approach and a willingness to be based from their office in Birmingham, on a hybrid basis.

Role of Travel Customer Service & Operations Executive:

  • Checking supplier & client invoices
  • Booking extra services post booking for clients
  • Liaising with suppliers to fulfil client requests
  • Assisting with amendments and changes to bookings
  • Checking tickets and final documentation
  • Delivering high levels of customer service and accuracy
  • Other administrative and post-sale tasks as required

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous travel industry experience - essential
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Diligent, reliable & excellent communicator
  • Able to work effectively with autonomy & as a team player
