We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless and professional finish.This role requires attention to detail, precision, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000Key Responsibilities:

Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
Mixing and matching paint to achieve the correct colour and finish.
Applying paint using spray guns and other industry-standard techniques.
Carrying out minor repairs such as filling dents and scratches before painting.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets customer expectations.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Using appropriate PPE and following company procedures to ensure safety.
Inspecting completed work for quality and making necessary touch-ups.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in an automotive body shop or similar environment.
Knowledge of different paint types, application methods, and mixing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a workshop environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
Relevant qualifications in vehicle refinishing (NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds) (desirable but not essential).
