Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for major projects.

Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project schedules.

Utilise industry-leading planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

Monitor progress and provide regular reports on project performance, ensuring key milestones are met.

Support tender planning and bid submissions with detailed scheduling and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Planner within a Tier 1 construction company.

Strong knowledge of planning methodologies and construction techniques.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience working on major construction, big commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects.

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
