An expanding business travel company is seeking an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to work from home.
The position requires strong experience in business travel consulting, particularly with Galileo and manual ticket re-issues, along with outstanding customer service skills.
The salary is approximately £34,500, with an additional £2-3K per month shift uplift pay.
Candidates should have at least a few years of relevant experience and be available to work between 07:00 and 23:00 on a rotational pattern, including weekends.
Training will consist of two weeks in Birmingham, followed by a week of remote training, and the role offers 25 days of holiday.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Homeworker Required for an expanding business travel company. They are looking for a experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo and manual ticket re-issue experience to join the team. Paying circa £34500K + £2-3K per month shift uplift pay.Out of Hours Business Travel Consultants - duties:

Dealing with a range of clients a lot of UK based travel.
Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues etc.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Skills required:

Strong business Travel consultant experience
Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential
Outstanding Customer Service skills

Additional Information:

Home based
Working hours between - 07.00 - 23.00 on a 4 week set rotational pattern
Working 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off.
Paying £34K + 10% pay uplift between 19.00 - 00.00. Approx £2-3K per month
Training - 2 weeks in Birmingham (paid for) 3rd week from home and 4th week in Birmingham
25 days holiday
