Our Client is a well-established tour operator who specialize in organising bespoke holidays for disabled clients. We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant who is knowledgeable regarding resorts generally, but need someone who is keen to advance their knowledge regarding the complexities of travelling as a disabled person.

The role will involve:

  • Receiving inbound travel enquiries from private Clients, or charities regarding travel for disabled people and their Carers
  • Contacting airlines, hotels, transport providers, medical hoist companies, wheelchair and bed providers etc.
  • Arranging all travel and associated equipment and insurance

The ideal person will have:

  • Extensive previous experience working in the Travel industry
  • Ideally some understanding of the needs of a disabled person and complexities of travelling as a disabled person
  • Pride in their desire to deliver a first-class customer experience and it goes without saying – acute attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
