Location: Birmingham, Covering the Midlands & Surrounding Areas.

About The Role:

The main duties of the role are attending client premises and carrying out the work set out by your glazing manager to ensure work is completed on time, safely and in accordance with order efficiently to the highest standards, supporting the branch delivering excellent service.

You will have good knowledge of commercial glazing systems and associated products, carrying out your duties in a timely manner to ensure all tasks are completed in line with client expectations, completing all paperwork and using PDA to complete jobs on customer portals.

You will work in teams and on your own, the roll does require call out cover on rota basis.

The company offer a 365/24/7 service and the role will include callout cover on a rota basis outside of normal working hours.

A company vehicle, uniform and phone will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out all types of glazing and maintenance work from shop windows to door panels for well-known high street and facility management clients.
  • Experience in structural glazing, curtain walling and commercial glazing a must, a truly reactive role with a variety of work and clients.
  • Dealing with customers/Clients face to face.
  • Customer support.
  • Use company and client systems to ensure live updates.
  • Carrying out surveys of work to be priced and ordered from office.
  • Completing paperwork and any client compliance paperwork.
  • Attending site glaze or make safe properties.

Experience / Qualifications needed:

  • Minimum 2 years commercial glazing experience.
  • CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, UKPIA (Desirable).
  • Driving Licence (required) CSCS, Pasma & IPAF (preferable although training will be provided where needed)
