Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Manager to support our client's dementia specialist service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
- Increase occupancy
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
- Proficiency in using the Nourish/Care plan systems
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
- Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
