Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.
What the job will be doing
- Provide technical expertise in the delivery of the positive property management service and ensure maintenance service
- Technical support and line management of day to day repairs and voids team ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer focus
- Ensure job opportunities for resident participation in management and decision making of the services being delivered
- To specify works and record finding for day to day repairs and voids
What you will need
- Experience in building management for social housing, construction or property sector
