Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexibility to work between 8am and 8pm, One Saturday per month, between 9am and 3pm.

MPJ Recruitment are currently representing a fast paced entrepreneurial business who specialise in the motor insurance industry. Our client act within the intervention, Hire and Repair sector of the insurance claims process and their management boast over 40 years experience in the industry.
We are currently looking for Vehicle Hire Booking Agents to assist their clients in which your responsibilities will be administering vehicle hire bookings. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals, with a passion for customer service, to join their team, working in a modern office environment located on Birmingham Business Park.
Duties
- Manage vehicle hire and repair bookings, online or via telephone.
- Record customer information, including taking payments.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, resolving queries and providing progress updates.
- Arrange delivery and collection of hire vehicles.
- Represent the business and our panel of suppliers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

- Eligible to participate in a non-contractual, discretionary performance related bonus scheme, with earnings potential up to 15% of base salary (subject to successful completion of probationary period).
