Are you passionate about teaching and experienced in lean manufacturing techniques? A leading educational institution is seeking dedicated Business Improvement Tutors to join our team in Birmingham. We have both temporary and permanent roles available, with the potential for career progression down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative sessions to bootcamp students on the Level 2 curriculum focused on lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Facilitate learning in a fast-paced environment, ensuring students gain the necessary skills and knowledge within the four-week bootcamp format.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying student needs, ensuring a supportive and effective learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Teaching qualifications (e.g., Assessor's Award, Tutors Award, TAQA, A1 Assessor, D32/D33/D34, CAVA, or IQA).
  • Experience in teaching lean manufacturing techniques is required; specific manufacturing qualifications are not mandatory.
  • Candidates must be based in the Midlands (Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, etc.). Ideally, onsite attendance for four days a week is preferred; however, fully remote candidates may be considered for the right individual.
  • Availability to work between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with some flexibility in hours.
