Empowering Learning are recruiting for a QTS Food Technology Teacher to work in our partnered SEND school in Erdington. The role is to start immediately and will run until the end of the academic year at least and with an opportunity to go onto a permanant contract with the school directly for the right candidate.

The school provides education for students aged 11-19 with EHCP's in place and diagnoses inluding autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.

We are looking to appoint a passioante, dedicated and experienced Food technology Teacher who is available to start immediately and commit to a full time and long term position.

The ideal candidate will:

- Hold QTS

- Have experience planning and delivering Food Technology lessons

- Experience working with children who have ECHPs with diaganoses such as autism and SEMH needs.

- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment allowing all children of all abilites to access learning

- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.

- Hold Level 2 Food safety and qualification.
