ABC Teachers is seeking a Long-Term Food Technology Supply Teacher to join a well-respected secondary school in Edgbaston. Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Teach students about nutrition, food preparation, and healthy eating.

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire creativity and independence.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain a safe and well-organised classroom environment.
Requirements
The successful Food Technology Teacher will have;

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A passion for food science, cooking, and nutrition education.

Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
