- Teaching Health & Social Care to small groups of students in Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Supporting students’ personal development and preparing them for careers in the health and care sector
- Working closely with the pastoral team to ensure students receive the best support
- Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stage 3 and 4
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching approach
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students who may be reluctant learners
- A commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people
