Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday | 09:00am - 17:00pm
We're seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our client's People & Culture Team of an organization dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. This role is key in ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, providing first-line support and efficient delivery of people services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing a workplace where employees can achieve their potential.
- Support in creating a diverse and inclusive organization where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
- Ensure the organization's values and culture align with strategic objectives and employee contributions toward the vision.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to support a high-quality and inclusive employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide first-line administrative support for people services across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Utilize HR systems and processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain efficient delivery of services aligned with good practice standards.
