Ethero are looking for a FLT driver who is comfortable with warehouse operative duties in Birmingham area, to join our client's team on their sustainability journey:Requirements for Warehouse Operatives :• Level of competence on the Forklift (C/B & Reach)• Some Warehouse experience but not essential• Ability to learn simple processes• Good communication The Job itself is actually playing an important role in our client's sustainability program and involves: • Preparing the dispatch of many recycling materials• Bailing / Compacting materials (operating simple machinery)• Moving and stacking of pallets and stillages• Palletising Bailed waste• Keeping the warehouse tidy The ideal candidate would be:
