Our client is an industry leading and established provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene services. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer. Covering the West Midlands, you will be working on Industrial and Commercial sites, carrying out BSRIA flushing, chemical cleans, backflushing & checking water flow velocities, cleaning and disinfecting systems, and ensuring to handle chemicals safely to dose systems. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be happy to travel in line with company / client needs.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Solihull, Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock, Rugeley, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Redditch, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Lutterworth, Leicester, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working hands on as a Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Management company.
" Excellent knowledge of BSRIA / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Will have experience working on Commercial and Industrial sites.
" Excellent IT skills, able to produce reports.
" Good IT skills.
The Role:
" Visiting Commercial & Industrial sites.
" Carrying out BSRIA flushing, Chemical cleans, LTHW and CHW systems, back flushing & checking water flow rates and velocities.
" Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients, ensuring to submit in a timely manner.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent support, advice and dealing with any queries in a timely manner.
" Cleaning and disinfecting water systems, including pipework & storage tanks.
" Handling chemicals safely, ensuing to dose systems correctly.
" Carrying out work in line with BSRIA / ACoP L8 guidelines.
