Fabricator / Welder

We are currently looking for an experienced and capable Fabricator / Welder for an established and expanding Engineering Group basednear Central Birmingham.
Experience required includes:
- MIG and TIG welding in a variety of gauges
- Welding experience of working to a high standard in Mild and Stainless steel
- The ability to work accruatelyfrom CAD / fabrication drawings, written and verbal instructions
- Initiative when working alone, and the abillty to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to carry out various projects simultaneously
- Ability to routinely meet deadlines as required
Duties will include:
- Working as part of a small fabrications team in good working conditions
- MIG & TIG weldingbespoke products
- Fabrication, using various metalworking equipment, hand and power tools
- Working with Stainless & Mild steel as required and Aluminium on occasion
- Reading and working from CAD Engineering drawings
Additional Information:
- Working days (7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday) &7:00am - 1:00pm on Fridays)
