Carpenters required to work with Birmingham/Black Country based Housing Association to carry out planned fire doors installations and carpentry repairs.
My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working Carpenters to carry out fire door fitting and installations and carpentry repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Black Country/Birmingham region.
Work will include replacing fire doors, skirting, architraves, kitchen repairs and other replated carpentry repairs work.
Start date: Asap
Location: Rowley Regis/ Black Heath/ Birmingham
Hours: 40 per week
Pay rate: 25 - 25 ph + over time and company van
Duration: 3 months minimum
Job type: Temp contract paid weekly
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry (Time served maybe considered)
Compotent in fire door fitting
Experience of working as a Carpenter in the building trade either as a Carpenter or as a multi-skilled Carpenter
Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council
Full driving License is ideal but not essential
