Job Title: Plumber
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour
- Work vehicle provided
- Fuel card
Contract length: 4 – 6 weeks
Overview for Plumber role:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Scope of plumbing works to support with overload of works on occupied and voided properties within a social housing contractor
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Requirements for Plumber role:
- DBS, JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP
- Full UK Driving License
