We are seeking a Plumber Multi to perform repairs on social housing properties in Birmingham.
The role requires skills in plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, and tiling, with other multi-trade competencies being a plus.
Candidates should have experience in social housing contracts, a full UK driving license, and a clear criminal record, as DBS checks will be conducted.
The position offers a pay rate of £23 per hour, a company van, and a fuel card, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
There is potential for a permanent position after 12 weeks in this long-term contract role.

We are currently looking for a Plumber Multi to carry out repairs on social housing properties around Birmingham. After 12 weeks in this role there may be a permanent role available to you.

The Plumber Multi will have to complete repairs using:

Plumbing
Carpentry
Patch plastering
Tiling

Other multi trades you are competent in

I am looking to speak to a Plumber Multi who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return the Plumber Multi will receive:

£23 per hour
Company van and fuel card
40 hours per week on a long term contract
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
