Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Welder to join our team in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. This role offers both day and night shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder in a production environment
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
