Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Welder to join our team in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. This role offers both day and night shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder in a production environment
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
