We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator for a well-established engineering company specializing in bespoke sheet metal and structural contracts.
The role involves TIG and MIG welding on bespoke products, fabrication using hand and power tools, and working with stainless/mild steel and aluminum.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience and the ability to read engineering drawings.
The starting salary is £14 per hour, with a review after the agency period, and the position is a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm, with potential for overtime during the week and on weekends.

The Job Role

TIG& MIG welding on bespoke products
Fabrication, using hand and power tools
Working with Stainless/Mild steel as well as aluminium
Reading from engineering drawings

Experience/Requirements

2+ years of TIG/MIG welding
Ability to read engineering drawings
Work to high standard keeping within deadlines
To be able to work as part of a team
Ability to work with Stainless/Mild steel and Aluminium

The Package

£14 per hour starting rate- will be reviewed after agency period
12 week temporary to permanent contract.
Working days, 07:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 07:00am - 01:00pm Friday
On site staff parking.
Potential for overtime in the week and on weekends
