We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using TIG welding process with predominantly Stainless Steel.
*Responsibilities*
- Weld and assemble metal components with accuracy and efficiency
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues
*Requirements*
- Proficient in TIG welding techniques
- Experience with stick welding is advantageous
- Ability to work with sheet metal materials
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Competent in using power tools and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
