Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Welder (TIG) to join on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange, position, and secure components and assemblies as per specifications, utilizing a straight edge, combination square, callipers, and ruler.
  • Assemble, tack, weld, and flatten various parts according to the dimensions and specifications outlined in engineering drawings.
  • Select appropriate equipment and welding techniques based on an understanding of metallurgy, geometry, and welding methods.
  • Create templates and other tools to assist in holding and aligning parts.
  • Ensure the final products meet company standards and adhere to specified requirements.
  • Consistently adhere to safe working practice
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, with a strong focus on TIG welding.
  • Mandatory experience working with stainless steel.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols and specifications.
