Through growth within the Automotive sector, they are looking for an experienced Welding supervisor to join the team.
Mon-Thurs: 7:00-4:00pm Fri 7:00-12pm
Role/Desirables:
- Leading and managing a team of 5 MIG welders in a small team - with planned progression to be drastically increased due to orders.
- Hands on within welding of assembled components and pressing.
- Plans to implement Robot welding within the facility - so we are looking for someone with the knowledge and proficiencies within Robot/Automated welding.
- Time served within welding and fabrication within fast paced environments.
- Reading of engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Train, lead and develop a growing team.
