InstaStaff are currently supporting a leading retail and clothing company, based in Kings Norton, with the recruitment of their new  Social Media and Content Creator.
You will be managing all the social media platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook and creating content.
The hours for the role are 20 – 30 hours per week, and they can be split between the office and home.
You will be working closely with the website team to create and develop content.
The duties of the Social Media and Content Creator will include:
- Develop and implement social media content strategies
- Create visually compelling content across social platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and growth.
- Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Work closely with other creative teams, including the website team to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
The ideal Social Media and Content Creator will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Proven track record of creating engaging, creative content across multiple social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms to track performance
- Experience with paid social campaigns and understanding of ROI metrics.
- A genuine passion for social media trends and content innovation.
The salary for the Social Media and Content Creator will be circa £30,000 pro rata.
The hours of work for the Social Media and Content Creator are 20 – 30 hours per week, split between office and home working
