AMJ Recruitment are looking for x1 Team Leader/Parcel Sorter to join our Large Valued Distribution Client, based in Beaumont Leys, Leicester (LE4)
NOTE - This is a working Team Leader Position, shop floor based. You MUST have previous experience leading a team in warehouse environment.
Working Hours:
15:00pm until 21:00pm (Mon-Fri) - hours will also increase in the coming weeks.
Pay Rate: 12.46 per hour, weekly pay - rising when Permanent
Term - GUARANTEED Temp to Perm - Long term ongoing work
Start Date - ASAP
Duties Include:
- Leading a small team onsite
- Liaising with Management/The client onsite
- Setting a good example/supporting with training
- Parcel Sorting products
- Full training using a Electric PPT
- Building Stock on Pallets from waist height to 1.8 meters ready to be dispatched
- Wrapping pallets
- Loading/Unloading Containers
- Order Picking
- Using Pump Trucks
- Housekeeping duties
- Using computers at times.
