Following the award of new programmes and expansion, a rapidly expanding manufacturer of precision components supplied to a range of sectors including aerospace, automotive and defence has a new vacancy for a Quality Inspector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and candidates are sought with experience working in a precision engineering environment.

Commutable from: Leicester, Hinckley, Nottingham, Derby, Nuneaton, Rugby, Loughborough, Coalville.

Salary: £ 26,000 - £ 36,000 p.a. + benefits 

Suitable for: Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, Inspector, Metallurgist, Lab Technician, Laboratory Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of precision components.

Ensure that all inspection standards as agreed with customers’ specifications are carried out.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

Ensure adherence to company quality systems, policies, and ISO standards.

Work with Quality Engineers to support product issues.

Work effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operational teams to eliminate any barriers that may affect the quality.
