We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stores Operative to join our dynamic production team in Newbury.

What You'll Do as a Stores Operative:

• Shipping: Process customer orders through various courier portals and an ERP system.
• Handling: Pick, sort, and pack customer orders with precision.
• Production Support: Perform tasks such as de-powdering, blasting, and visually inspecting manufactured parts.
• Maintenance: Keep post-processing equipment in excellent condition and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all safety requirements while ensuring high-quality results.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in logistics, dispatch, or order processing.
• IT literacy and experience in a production or factory environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• Flexibility, discipline, and a strong sense of initiative.
