Our client is seeking a full-time Financial Controller to manage all aspects of the company's financial affairs and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely financial information including budgets, cash forecasts, monthly accounts, and performance reports.
  • Prepare monthly management packs with KPIs, budget vs. actual performance, and detailed project analysis.
  • Monitor and manage business performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
  • Oversee project financial performance, cash flow forecasts, and P&L budgets.
  • Take responsibility for financial transactions, invoicing, and ledgers.
  • Assist with administrative functions and collaborate with external accountants on financial compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with commercial experience.
  • Strong IT skills - especially MS Excel - and experience with mainstream accounting software.
  • Background in project-based businesses and multi-currency environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at board level.
  • Must be self-motivated and flexible to handle the dynamic nature of the business.

Additional Information:

  • Own transport.
  • Occasional travel may be required (quarterly).
