Accounts Assistant Job Summary
Excellent opportunity for an entry level accounts assistant to develop your experience and career with an outstanding organisation. Ideally you will be studying for AAT or achieved similar first level - not a deal breaker, a year or so experience within an accounts environment would also be acceptable.
Duties for Accounts Assistant
Assist department head with ongoing monthly reconciliations
maintain digital document archive
Process expense and credit card claims
Generate supplier invoices and ensure they are sent out
Raising payment runs
Answering phone and email queries, use of excel and company software
Experience required for Accounts Assistant
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role is desirable.
- Studying or gained AAT level 1
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and other departments.
