Main duties
Reporting to the Management Accountant;
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Inputting of purchases invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Accounts reconciliations
- Preparing payroll
- Cost reporting
- Assist with month end reports
- Credit card Expenses
- Credit Control
- Month end reports & checking financial transactions for accuracy
Skills and knowledge
- Confident oral and written communication skills.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with internal colleagues.
- Effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
