We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand on a 6-month temporary contract, supporting the finance team with key AP tasks.Key Responsibilities:? Administering the AP inbox and processing invoices efficiently? Following up on invoices in exception and clarification? Creating a weekly exception report to track outstanding issues? Updating Cashflow Forecasts for financial reporting? Assisting with chasing suppliers for credit notes? Supporting colleagues with supplier returns? Providing holiday cover for the AP Lead? Assisting with aged creditors review alongside the AP Lead? Undertaking ad hoc duties to support the finance team as requiredWhat We're Looking For:?? Previous Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment?? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills?? Ability to work independently and within a team?? Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams??
